If you base your decision or choice on criticism of someone who is not happy at you success, (I mean like Rush Limbaugh criticizing Barack Obama) is like given your strategy to your opposition because the only reason they criticize you is to bring you down. Constructive criticism does not attack personality nor leave the issue. Its always stay on point and look into the other side of the issue as well as appreciate the ones you got right unlike what your opponent would do! Just saying!
