If you can read this, and you are a Facebook Friend of mine, but a liberal or Democrat or SecProg, or even a Left-leaning Independant or libertarian... lemme splain something..... At election time, You and I may differ on who we elect to run this city, county, State and Country. You have the right to live your life how you want, believe what you want and say what you want... to a certain extent. (cant yell FIRE in a crowded place...etc.etc.). What you DO NOT have the right to do is indoctrinate my kids with your and ONLY your agenda. What you do NOT have is a right to go around for the rest of your life and not be offended. What you do have is the right to call me all the names you want. Democrats and Republicans USED to get along when there was a common enemy to the continued longevity of the USA... meaning the USSR. That outside threat to our well-being has now gone, and we have turned on EACH OTHER. Each side (red and blue) seems to think that the other side being in power is the first step toward the eventual implosion of our Republic. GUESS WHAT.... I felt the same way in November of 2008. Un-friend me if you must for proudly stating that I AM A PROUD CONSERVATIVE. Today is a good day for me. Now.... Nov 5th of 2008..., was a BAD day for me. But I lived and I paid a little more for gas and taxes for a few years. Maybe some of that will get fixed. Maybe your Favorite things will be pushed aside for a few years. Maybe YOUR views wont be expertly represented for a few years... but I can guarantee that you will probably live to tell about it.
