If you could live anywhere (besides the South Bay) where would it be? Heres my criteria- 1. warm, sunny weather (preferably some inspirational views too!) 2. inexpensive housing with a little land to roam around on 3. would love a beach nearby but willing to drive, half hour tops. 4. a little artsy, maybe a college town? There are more things I consider, like crime and personal freedoms, but thats my top 4 right now (oh, and I guess it has to be in the US) Any ideas? Wheres your ideal spot?
