If you discovered the child you had nurtured for some years was not in fact genetically yours, but had been swapped by mistake at birth, would you try to undo the mistake or keep the child you know? Thats the dilemma facing two women in South Africa; this is Dan Damon with World Update, speaking to the lawyer of a woman who found out exactly that, and wants to swap and get her own birth child back. But the woman who has her child, and has learned to love her, does not want to make the change, even if she is not genetically related. What would you do? What would be your advice to each mother? And, perhaps a similar kind of dilemma, if you were adopted and only found out later in life, how did that affect you?
