If you do the same things that the world does, go the same places that the world goes, speak the same way the world does, listen to the same thing the world does, watch to same things the world watches then how are you SEPARATED from the world (those that dont know God in the pardon of their sins)? When we have not by our life living shown that there is a difference between holy and and holy, clean and unclean then we are become the confusion to the world instead of the light of the world. Remember that a tree is known by the fruit it bears. What kind of fruit are you bearing? Lets stop being professors only but be living examples of the truth of the saving and delivering power of God. Live holy and keep the commandments of God. Not being double minded but firm in your decision to live WHOLLY holy. Dont be deceived! You cannot be saved but yielding your members to the devil. The bible says in Revelation 3 the Lord KNOWS your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. He said the He would rather you be cold or hot and because you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot that He would spew you out of His mouth. If you will profess the Lord then you must LIVE your profession. Dont be deceived by those who tell you or your own mind that will tell you that you can give your heart to God yet yield your members to sin. When your heart is toward God FULLY then your body will also be presented to Him a LIVING (not just a professing) sacrifice, HOLY AND ACCEPTABLE UNTO GOD! When by grace you have been saved then you have been given the power to live the requirements of God. Titus 2 says that the grace of God that bringeth salvation teaches us that DENYING ungodliness and worldly lusts we should live soberly, righteously and godly IN THIS PRESENT WORLD. We are without excuse for the grace of God teaches us that in this present world, though it be full of ungodliness, we are able to live godly, sober and righteous lives. I keep trying to leave this alone but He keeps nudging me. ..
