If you dont see yourself as a leader, ask yourself why. If its because the idea of being responsible for other people and their well being seems like a scary responsibility you should probably reconsider. There are a lot of people that want power for powers sake. I specifically think of every retail manager I ever had in life. If youre waiting in the wings because your humility is keeping you from stepping up, just step up. And do it, not because you like lording your authority over people, but because if you dont some asshole that thinks theyre a modern day marijuana cross between Tony Montana and The Wolf of Wall Street will end up running shit for you.
