If you ever wondered what types of activities you have to do to prepare for a major event, heres a sneak peek. These are pieces of wood that we spent 8 hours last Monday covering with felt--they will act as our dry docks for the Lego event. Well be putting them on the tables where kids are building Lego ships from our instructions, so their Legos dont get mixed up with the kids next to them. Theyre color-coded, too--green is for the easy ships; blue is for medium; yellow is for hard; and red is for expert. Brick by Brick: Lego Shipbuilding is on Saturday, February 7, from 10am to 5pm, and is FREE of charge!
