If you feel strongly about helping people with the daily struggle of injustice and assisting people to expose the total corruption within the agencies who profess to be there to protect us and care for us. If you are the type of person who steps out to help someone you never met before in their hour of need and believe it the way we should be. You are a special person who stands in honour and dignity. Please consider becoming one of the hundreds or community peace officers who provide a vital link for their communities assisting in conflict resolution and assessment of potential criminal activities. you may be called to intervene in a doorstep dispute or assist in a local reported theft or maybe something more serious like threatened unlawful bailiff action or civil enforcement threats. Peace keepers would be recognized by the community and the local police and operate under the common law sheriff. Should a peace officer receive report or believe there is potentially a crime he can require the sheriff to attend a situation. This front line position requires common sense and a small amount of training after being nominated by two people from the community he or she will serve. The peace officers report to the area sheriff who has the power to stand down any statutory person claiming authority and should any person present a danger or interfere with the sheriffs sworn duties he as the power of arrest. The sheriff on reasonable belief that someone is committing a criminal act is duty bound to investigate the matter and can stand the matter down pending the claimant making an application to a jury court to trial the matter under jurisdiction of common law. It is the claimants prerogative to apply or be summoned for malfeasance in service if in pubic office. If you want to know more about this process you can PM me with your details thanks .
