If you had of told me last year that myself and Andy Fahy would be driving down to wexford to buy a tractor today i would have laughed! Most of you wont care, and i dont blame you, sure look everyone to their own! Shes not the prettiest, nor the newest...but shes a symbol of what hard work, determination and initiative can do for you! We hadnt a clue this time last year when we set out to grow the spuds...12 months on and weve developed a small successful local business! Going from a few lads with a couple of spades and forks to a 80 horse power tractor...a massive step in the right direction! To Make a long story short: dont ever let anyone tell you that you dont have the ability to do something, and listen up to the people who ate willing support you! If you want success enough and are willing to graft, show some initiative and be creative, youll get it. Heres to the new season! Windgates potatoes Watch this space!
