If you have a tendency to use too much body movement when curling, try this...just set yourself under a calf or squat machine so theres weight bearing down on you, locking you into position. THEN do a dumbbell or barbell curl. Youll shocked at how much different the exercise is when youre forced to stop the movement. And yep, you CAN set your back against the wall and curl that way, but personally, I find that method doesnt allow for optimum body positioning. Try this and see how it compares.
