If you have ever been involved with Kub Kar Rallies this is a must video to watch. Ive been there, as a leader, as a helper to youth in building and as a leader in building my own & racing against other leaders..As an area leader and an event leader Ive been involved in writing & receiving approval from area groups (that was not an easy feat) and as a past Area Commissioner Ive had to uphold and enforce the rules surrounding this sport. What you will watch here, these tips are perfectly legal within the aforementioned parameters of most Scouts Canada Area & Council rules (2013 and back) and I too am going to use the simplicity demonstrated and build a car this year testing out these theories.
