If you have not been onto LinkedIn for a while you will be impressed with what they have done with the place while youve been gone, thanks to a major upgrade that is currently being rolled out. The network tab has totally changed and is now about helping you maintain relationships with your connections - nice!! You can still do everything that you could before but they have moved things around quite a lot so will need to play with it a bit to discover where they have put your favourite features. The Profiles have been beefed up too with an emphasis on CRM and you can now record information like where you first met the contact, particular interests etc and you can also schedule reminders for yourself for a future date. You can also easily update contact information (such as phone numbers etc) for profiles you are viewing. This feature was well hidden in the last version. The upgrade also gives you a row (only kidding) if you have not posted for a while by telling you when you made your last post. This is quite a good feature as it encourages you to make regular status updates. Company pages have changed slightly too but not much to write home about here! My verdict - There are a few teething issues with the upgrade and some of the tag functionality is not quite as intuitive as it was before but on the whole, I love it. What do you think? ~ Alan
