If you have seen the ADOC menu, you probably think, hey those guys are eating good. I would like to expound on that. Fist of all, if you weight 110 pounds or 800 pounds, you get a tray with servings that you would think appropriate for a six-year old. Now, lets talk about the chuckwagon steak. I have not seen one of them in about a year. They must have discontinued them. So, we will go to the beefsteak. The ADOC makes their own meat patties. They mix 60 percent cow hearts and about 40 percent beef scraps and grind it all together. So, beefsteak, meat loaf, Texas hash, beef mac and other meals, they mix beef in. I personally do not eat. When they serve hot dogs, french fries, corn dogs, etc, there is no mustard or ketchup as listed on the menu and usually no salt. They no longer fry anything. I guess they can not afford to buy grease or butter and we see very little cheese. So, if you were impressed with the menu, take all that into consideration. You may want to change your summer vacation plans. The revolving door is broken and so is the system. And oh yeah, the a/c is down. DEL
