The first release on Ark To Ashes rode that dub-house / outdoor terrace vibe perfectly and this next one, by 3 Wise Men looks set to continue the trend. A-side track, Streets Of Hope is gloriously long, arranged beautifully and takes you on a proper trip from start to finish. Honestly, its actually like being at Sancho Panza stage Nottinghill Carnival with this on the headphones - the very epitome of groovy, understated, daytime dancing in the sunshine house music. Untitled opens the B-side with more of those duck-downed, pillow-soft house beats that let you float on air. Delicate piano licks and swirling synth swell pad out the rest of this lovely sonic quilt. Finally, Eleven Eleven takes things a bit darker and more towards moonlight dancing under the stars (perhaps thats where the title comes from?). Nothing but bassline and drums in parts, clever vocal samples are inserted in between sections and drops while subtle rhymic stabs or sweeping pads occasionally permeate through the mix.
