If you havent heard of this story its worth a read. See how the government stepped in and tried their darndest to give away the remains of a 9,300 year old man to Native American tribes before he could be properly studied by scientists. The scientists had to SUE THE GOVERNMENT to stop the abusurdity (and were only mostly successful) so they could write a whole new chapter to who discovered America. This man was from Asia and is not an ancestor to any Native Americans. And hes not the only one thats been found. There is a woman who is even older. The history you know is wrong and the government almost kept it from being discovered.
