If you insult me and the work our volunteers and I have done for 5 yerars after I try to explain a little history on what we have accomplished etc. and you say Trust me. NOONE knows who you are, yes I am going to say that is insulting! And when you tell me that you work with a lot of great nonprofits and you dont really care about our cause, lets just say.......not winning any points with me. And when you say I have to not allow the military to roll over me and I have to tell them what to do when it comes to working together, you dont have a clue who I am as a person because people dont roll over me and I dont approach partnering by being adversarial and talking over others and insulting them. I build relationships and you shove your experience around like you are a god. Dont ever, ever, ever mistake my passion for those we serve with invisible wounds for weakness!!! AND never, ever doubt that I will advocate more strongly than most you know and I sill stand up when others are afraid to and I will get the points across that I believe are worth getting across! You have no idea about invisible wounds and the struggles that go along with therm. I may use more adjectives when I speak, I may talk with more commitment in my voice, and I may be polite and I may show even someone like you kindness and believe me GREAT RESTRAINT and I will let you spout off and have your say and dig your hole, but you are the weaker one.........dont ever doubt that!!....ever......
