If you like Pork Kebobs, this came out Amazing with a Curry-Lime Sauce on the Grill 1# Port Loin Cut into 1 in cubes / 1# Pearl Onions Peeled (Vegetable or Oil for Brushing) / 1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder / Grated Zest of 2 Limes / 1 Tsp Kosher Salt / 3 Twist of Ground Black Pepper / 1 Tbsp Lime Juice from 2-3 Limes / 1 Tbsp Sugar / 1 Scallion Finely Chopped. In a med bowl, combine curry powder, garlic powder, lime zest, salt & pepper. Add pork & onions & coat. Let sit 4 1 hr @ room temp. Pre-Heat Grill to Med-High, Thread Meat & Onions Alternating on Skewer Sticks (If using wood, remember to soak while meat marinades). I brushed the grill with oil and cooked 5 minutes, then turned them for another 5. Removed and spread over the Lime Juice, Scallions & Sugar mixture - then covered for 5 minutes. It was hard not to eat them all. A FLAVOR EXPLOSION!
