If you make artwork on any of these themes, you should submit to Hibbleton Gallerys latest show, opening Feb. 6th. 1.). The human struggle to visualize the invisible. Through either images or our own lives, our presence on earth. 2.) The struggle to understand life at the largest and smallest scales. 3.) The human being as the intersection of the largest and smallest imaginable things. 4.) The need to find the very few remaining places of unique silence on earth, so that some (i.e. scientists) can go further outward to the borders of what we know, and others (i.e. monks) can go further inward to the borders of what we know. 5.) The human mind as perhaps the most extreme environment on the planet. 6.) The extreme lengths people are willing to go to better understand the larger context in which we all live, through either the most sophisticated technology we can create, or the human body itself as the technology. https://facebook/events/382734405230922/?pnref=story
