If you not sore your not training hard enough,if your doing.every rep likes its nothing.your.not training hard enough,when i train with my crew i spot them i.speak to them as they rep you not leaving this set with 4reps.give me 8 (they cant do 8.but they.do it anyways #limitbroken) stop lifting faster,this is not the point this is aesthetic body building we get strong along the way,i want you.to feel it,feel every.rep,trap the.blood into that muscle,push its limits,you have to grow and they.grow! My mentality givea me.a zero limit method,very few will ever.understand .. I remember only being.able to bench.135.for like ten reps over the years of experience i learned how to grow,and get stronger as bench press as my.example i.can do.225 for 25reps now,its an insane increase in.everything,as a leader i really thank who flows with me,rise with me,helps me push harder Ill send you guys my training routine,gifted :)
