If you see the grace of God as the ability to sin without feeling guilt or shame you have COMPLETELY MISUNDERSTOOD the grace of God and have bought into a lie. Repent. Change your mind and let go of your own opinion (or the opinion of those who are propagating this error) and embrace the truth of Gods Word . In Christ you have been empowered to live from the place of righteousness - not your righteousness (where YOU decide what is right and wrong) but from HIS righteousness where He has established what is right in His eyes. Sin is a choice . . . but so is partaking of Gods life. When you are tempted, you have a choice to lean into the flesh or to partake of His life - His righteousness within you. In Him you possess the ability to live free from the dominion of sin. Gods grace HAS been and ALWAYS WILL BE - more than just His love for you. His love for you sent Jesus to the cross to die for your sins and take your punishment and penalty so that YOU would not have to live under the bondage of sin, NOT so that you could sin freely. #truefreedom #graceisempowerment #faithrighteousness
