If you think youve seen cool, wait until you a get a load of this quirky beauty. One look and you will swear its alive. The hood has been fabricated to give the impression that the engine is literally busting its way out. It is powered by a 498 cubic-inch Chevy big block and has a 671 blower and 2 Holley 750 carbs. The transmission is a Richmond 5-speed and the rear end was replaced with a Winners Quick Change. Also a fabricated ladder bar 4 link set up was added to upgrade the suspension for racing. The frame was chopped off and the front halve was replaced with a Welder Up custom design. The 55 Gasser has aluminum bucket race seats and for an old school theme, the interior features diamond tuck n roll panels. Steves vision to create a cartoon rat fink car was a huge success.
