If you thought the #icebucketchallenge was pointless. If you thought it was just to have an excuse to put a video of yourself on the Internet. Well youre wrong. Its not just about money and pointless videos. Every post makes her feel alive. The people that posted their why are you idiots throwing buckets of ice water around? Or that does nothing for the cause dont see the many ways this effort helps. I chose to support with my wallet AND my time. Time I have to make the video, time that for her is at a premium. I will look back at my video and it will be just a small moment in my life. Her family and kids will look back at her video and it will be one of the few things left to remind them of their mother, sister, daughter, and friend. So get a bucket, get some ice and do it.
