If you want to hear about the next Batman/ superman movie then here is a little rant. A bold move for DC. After the avengers they finally realized they needed to put some effort into their larger plans and thus Batman vs Superman is in the works. Man of Steel ended with massive property damage and the death of one of the movie franchises most threatening villains. People see Lex Luthor as the next villan and I see it as a very possible option if done subtly. Metropolis is destroyed. The public looks at superman as being at least half responsible for all the wreckage (he did break a lot of windows). Who should come to fix the problem? Property tycoon Lex and billionaire Bruce Wayne. Wayne sees Superman as a threat (rightly so) and wants to investigate the whole mess closer. He funds the effort to rebuild metropolis. Lex sees potential in this highly destructive superman and wants to continue pushing the public away from him. Over time Lex discovers batmans identity and convinces him that Superman is a threat to everyone and must be taken down. There would be some incident that seems to confirm this to batman. Lex presents a kryptonite bullet to Batman and tells him its the only way. Conflicted, Bruce agrees. In a showdown batman shoots Superman with the bullet and he falls into a pit or something. Loise Lane has been suspicious of Lex this whole time and informs batman that this is all a con setup by Lex to acquire all the property rights to a city in shambles. Batman rushes to save superman and they team up to lock up Lex. Simple story of tricks and lies with a low key final confrontation.; I think we had enough excess this last time around...
