If your flash player crashes in firefox above version 17 then do following steps. Disable Protected Mode in Flash 11.3 and above by adding the line Protected Mode=0 to the Flash "mms.cfg" file located in: (Windows 32bit) C:Windows System32MacromedFlash (Windows 64bit) C:Windows SysWOW64MacromedFlash before adding Protected Mode=0 you have to edit file security settings.. Right click on mms.cfg file Properties>Security>Edit>Users... then tick on full control.. and apply then you can save the file....after save change it to the original settings.. In my case it works perfectly
