Note: This deadline does not affect homeowners already in the program, in process of receiving their award, or those seeking clarification of their award. The New York Rising programs includes the Housing Recovery program, which provides homeowners with assistance for home repairs, elevation, and buyouts and the Small Business program, which includes small business grants of $50,000 or more and low-interest loans for businesses recovering from the storms.
