If youre a beginner and have never used a speedlight (external flash unit), heres an image showing the difference one can make when taking a photo of your subject. Subject here, the same Pomegranate. Image on the right shows its natural colour while the one on the left, not so natural. No photo editing done with photoshop or Lightroom to adjust any of the colourings or backgrounds. Completely relied on my speedlight.
