If youre going to choose a profession where youre supposed to give good advice and be some sort of a role model, I think good advice should be given. Fitness bloggers & personalities: Im not saying that I never have a donut or eat french fries from a fast food restaurant, but to eat something that is most obviously processed garbage and tag it balance is kind of... dumb and irresponsible. Eating garbage isnt balance. Its just eating garbage. The social media celebration of drinking diet sodas, sugary cereals, and factory farmed eggs and meats (especially as part of a campaign where youre getting PAID) is, in my opinion, deplorable if you also have fitness or health anywhere in your title. I cant get my head around it. Why get into the health game if youre not for health? To my friends: Know your guru.
