The problem that some people have is that their computers, phones and tablets store Cookies and Cached items. The Cache is a way for devices to remember previously visited websites and their information, therefore speeding up how fast the pages load in the future. Since the device is still remembering stored data from an earlier time, it is displaying the old website and not the new one. To fix this, you need to clear your Browsing History, Cookies and Cache. Below is how to do so: On Google Chrome: 1. Go to History at top of screen 2. Click Show Full History at bottom of list 3. Click Clear Browsing Data at top left of screen 4. Make sure that Browsing history, Cookies and other Site Data, Cached images and fill are all checked 5. Click Clear browsing data at bottom right of page On Mozilla Firefox: 1. Go to History at top of screen 2. Click Clear Recent History 3. Make sure the first four boxes are checked 4. Click Clear Now at bottom right of page On Internet Explorer: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Click Tools button Tools button, point to Safety and then click Delete browsing history. 3. Make sure History, Cache and Cookies are all checked. 4. Click Delete On iPhone: 1. Open Safari 2. Tap second from right icon at bottom (looks like a book with open pages) 3. Tap History 4. Tap Clear at bottom right 5. Tap Clear All History
