If youre my friend, youll know that I dont watch news, read the paper or listen to the radio so I can avoid the violence and negativity fed to us by the media. Recently, Ive had to shield my eyes and scroll past a few icky things like remote viewings of a suicidal mom, the bashing of animals, the degradation of women and the horrors visited upon young children. In an effort to recover from these shocking situations, Im taking the weekend off. I recognize that I may not know how many of my friends are having a brew/cocktail or whos found a cute video; Ill miss the little things and big things that get posted over a weekend. But damn, folks, I just cannot do that violent negativity anymore. See you on Monday! A~
