If youve been in The Changing Table or called the store, youve probably met and spoken with Melissa. Shes our store manager. She has an amazing knowledge of cloth diapers and has such a sweet heart for helping others. She has tried more brands of cloth diapers than anyone else I know [except maybe me - someday we will have a contest to see who has used the most. :)] Check out her diaper picture below. We are so lucky to have her as part of our team. ~ Elizabeth Melissa says, I first started shopping at The Changing Table when it was out of Liz and Kristina’s home shortly after they first opened. I became to know them as friends; they were the first people I knew in person that also used cloth diapers. When my time as a stay-at-home mom ended and I became a single mom they gave me a job. That was a year and a half ago. Working for The Changing Table is so much more than a job; everybody that works here is like my family. I absolutely love all of our customers. I have loved watching your little ones grow, some of them from in your bellies to toddlerhood. I love helping you all learn more about cloth diapers and natural living. I love helping parents decide the right cloth diaper for their lifestyle. I am thankful to Liz and Kristina for not only giving me a paycheck so I can provide for my family but for also bringing a cloth diaper store to Oklahoma City. When I first started using cloth diapers seven years ago there were no local stores for me to be able to see the diapers in person. I spent a lot of time and money online buying diapers. Had The Changing Table been open then it would have saved me much frustration in the beginning. I hope the store has many more healthy years and that we can just keep on growing. ~Melissa
