If youve been thinking you wont go to the MT Oldies Summer Reunion because youre too old, too large, too wrinkly, too left-handed or no one will remember you - get over it! These events are amazing. Nobody cares what youve done or that youve lost a little hair or gained a little weight, they are just happy to see you. Some folks will be attending their first reunion in many years, or in some cases, this will be their first. T-Birds are flying in (some using airplanes) from Hawaii, Arizona, California and Oregon, just for the hugs and good vibes. Life is short and there are few opportunities to celebrate with so many good people. You will see teachers from the good old days and friends youve seen go from pimples to wrinkles. What a long, strange trip its been. Bring your cameras, sunscreen, annuals and reading glasses. No charge for admission, but there will be a raffle and other cool items available. Prepare to be hugged. This will be the best day of your summer. Contact your friends who may have memory issues and remind them that tomorrow is the day. As always, plan your naps accordingly. Mount Tahoma Rocks On!
