If youve ever taken the mrt during the morning rush hour, youd know that it can be insanely packed.. its quite an inevitable situation and most Id say most commuters have silently gotten used to it. So then the train pulls up at Jurong station and a new wave of people packs into the train when suddenly this loud voice Queens English local woman wearing her designer shades and flashy watch carrying her branded bag breaks the morning silence ordering people to move and fill the empty spaces because some personal space please? Im being sandwiched here. No one gave a damn and I almost burst out laughing. With the majority on this one. Such is the situation of our morning commute and as uncomfortable as we all are, we try to accommodate (or tolerate).. if youre too high and proper to be among the common man then take a taxi or drive your fancy car. Dont order people to move for you so you can have your personal space on the morning rush hour public transport.
