Ive measured with my car, and it is .9 miles from Raceway to the entrance to our neighborhood. It is probably another tenth of a mile to our house. So we walked from our house to Raceway and back. We figure thats two miles. NOW... according to this girl, there are plenty of factors to figure in. Ritas stride is a little longer than mine, but my shoes are slightly bigger, so that cancels that out. The speed limit is 40 on 56th St., but some cars went past us much faster than that. I figure we can just whack that in half so it must be 20 miles from our street to Raceway. (It DID seem much further since Ritas hip was hurting and my ankle was sore.) So ... we covered 40 miles in about 50 minutes + mosquito bites = 90 mph. We were bookin!
