If youve visited my page since 22 yr. old Darrien Hunt was killed in Saratoga Springs, Utah last month then you are aware I have been reporting on this incident. The death if this Black Morman has received less media hype than other recent killings of Black males in encounters with police officers in Ferguson, Mo.and Dayton, OH. In which Michael Brown and John Crawford, both unarmed were shot to death by local police officers.The facts thus far released by law enforcement officials seem to raise more questions than answers regarding police conduct and the local jurisdictions protocol for interventions involving shooting deaths.More than one week lapsed before the two officers were interrogated, whom reportedly between the two officers shot six bullets into Hunt all from behind while he ran from them.Darrien Hunts mother and attorney believe Darriens race factored in the death of Darrien whom is biraccial and self identified as being Black. dday 2014
