Igbo people refer to the foremost time known to them as; Erimgbe or Eriuwa this means that our ancestors knew that time is a dimension of space which classical physics discovered of late. Israelites on the same hand knew this by translating the word Olam pointing to time also as Universe. Erimgbe means the time of Eri while Eriuwa means world of Eri. Eri was the foremost ancestor of the Igbos which according to the Igbo mythology fell down from Heaven. Today there are other unpopular distractions about Igbo ancestor which my subsequent post will tackle.
