Igbo presidency can ONLY be actualized quite possibly in 2019, if Igbo people throw their weights behing the newly registered mega party, All Progressives Congress (APC) and beg for a vice presidential slot. This may take us back to square one, where a "holy alliance" between the North and the Igbos in 1979 produced Alhaji Shehu Shagari and Chief Alex Ekwueme. The South-East will commit the biggest political suicide against itself, and foreclose the chance of an Igbo becoming president, if its people, once again, defeated by sentiment and bigotry, queue behind President Goodluck Jonathan. Governor Rochas Okorocha, from all intents and purposes, meant well for the Igbos. Thus, Buhari/Okorocha ticket seems to be the best option for APC, come, 2015.
