Let me break that down : The most corrupt nations are not in africa but in the west and there is not corrupted without a corruptor (read Confessions of an Economic Hit Man)the tribal wars where intensified when division were created by colonialism and when those tribes where politicized.People who say things like africans dont do business are likely those who have never been there , in all the streets of africa you ll see africans of all ages doing business which is even part of african culture , africans cannot govern themselves , how can they govern themselves when the west and the whole world is busy assassinating and throwing in jail all their real leaders while putting their own puppet in power aka neocolonialism the lastest example is gbagbo but phony pro black negros dont know that cause massa doesnt talk about it ?
