Ilayathalapathy Vijay has suggested Dhanush name to KV Anand for Anegan. In a recent interview, KV Anand revealed that he first offered Anegan’s script to Vijay but the actor could not commit to the project due to date issues. Anand said that Vijay suggested Dhanush’s name for the film to KV Anand. KV Anand says that he agreed with Vijay’s decision and included Dhanush to play lead in that film. KV Anand said “I agreed with Vijay’s suggestion right away. After Kamal Haasan, I believe nobody has convincingly portrayed romance on screen apart from Dhanush. He has all the makings of a great actor: he can pan his eyes over the lens of the camera without ever being conscious of it. I have seen only Mohanlal do that”. The audio release date of Anegan has been confirmed and the audio will be releasing on November 10th. The audio will be out on iTunes on 9th itself. The trailer of the film is expected on the same day. Anegan is likely to hit the theaters in November 28th, two weeks before Superstar’s Lingaa has been planned. The official announcement regarding release date is awaited.
