At 00.45am, a young man wearing a Red Shirt with Lacoste crocodile logo was introduced to the crowd as a member of the inner caucus of the Governor of Ogun State. The man who preferred to be called SP411 told the boys that they were sought after to help with monitoring meetings and political gatherings of certain politicians, they were given three (3) mobile phone numbers to call to pass on their field reports. The boys were promised mobile phones and regular recharge cards worth N1,500 per week with which to do their jobs and are to be paid N50k each every month, payment will be paid in cash at the same location of the meeting on the 29th day of every month beginning from March 29th 2014. Their role will include amongst others, trailing politicians and jointly engaging in unleashing terror on the orders of the overall leader, a man only known as JG411. Only One hundred and twenty (120) of the boys will be handed guns and a log of its usage must be made weekly to avoid it being used indiscriminately especially on other unrelated jobs. A staff of INE who went undercover to report the meeting noted that the meeting ended at 02:50am with everyone present given an attendance fee of N10k each, cigarettes and drinks. The venue of the meeting was secured by local vigilante men. The meeting was adjourned for 22nd February 2014 (Picture attached is not the actual picture taken at the meeting)
