Ill be heading out tomorrow to go into seclusion for about 4-6 weeks to finalize several projects (such as UN, DD, and others) which are taking too long due to so many distractions, such as laundry/errands/promo/appts/etc. Michael Howard Taylor is setting me up in our RV at a lovely and safe camping resort where Ill have the privacy and concentration to get back my mojo and get these works finished and published (ebook and print) before fall is here. Michael will be home to take care of things here and his elderly mother. My oldest sister Mary will be taking care of my elderly mother in Athens. Ive learned that disruptions, responsibilities, age, medications, and so forth play havoc with writing and deadlines. So its no phone, email, FB, etc unless its an emergency. Anybody who needs to reach me while Im locked away in the RV with my laptop, just call or email Michael. I used to do this years ago when starting a new book, so now that I dont have a separate office since the move, I thought Id try my old technique to get er done. If all goes as planned, I will have 2 long books, 1 contemporary, and 1-3 novellas finished soon, as all are mostly done now, just need that final polishing and editing. Michael has the RV all stocked with food and supplies, so its farewell in the morning until mid-August. I will try just to post a few words to let all know Im safe and busy ;-)
