Ill be posting many more strength and conditioning drills to improve your vertical jumping ability in the coming weeks. Here are a few good exercises to get started with. Start off all exercises WITHOUT weights. Increase speed and repetition over a two week period before adding any weights. After two weeks add light dumbbells to your movements. Please follow these instructions so you dont get injured. Take at least one day off a week to let your body rest. Alternate these lower body exercises every other day with upper body weight training. Please consult a knowledgeable person if you are unsure of proper form and always stretch prior to lifting - again to avoid injury. youtube/watch?v=BIoRhLrmxM8
