Ill be taking a break from my normal Facebook activities for a couple of days. This is a time to think about those closest to you and try to be there for them and do good by them. If youre doing the same thing then try to remember how you feel inside when you get the rewards of your good deeds. Then come back after the holidays with a resolve to do the same thing for your team. Treat them well. Think about what they need and what they would like from you. Be there for them and make sure their life is better as a result of being partnered with you. If you can do that then 2015 will be an amazing year for you. Happy holidays to you, one and all.
