Ill be the first to say Im not the best artist out there- by a long shot. But what I lack in technical skill & lyrical acrobatics.. I make up for with real-life experiences & sincerity in my art. That IMO is worth more than fairytale lyrics about a life youve never lived- making money off of someone elses glory. I can see right through half these artists before their done with one line.. Im not jealous of these types, they are NOT successful in reality. They are literally stealing money from someone elses likeness, wearing their clothes & living in their house lol. And are usually surrounded by a bunch of fake yes people that dont even care about them. Its sad. You can only be truly successful if you create something original & have your own brand in what you do. Whatever it is.. Just do YOU!! That is the only way to have self-worth. God created us all to contribute something unique and different than what anyone else could do, so be the best you you can & just be yourself. The only thing I think you could regret in life I think is living a life that wasnt your own. If you are sincere, you will attract sincere. Thats the life I choose to live and I wont regret one second of it nor take it for granted.
