Ill say it. I hate MMORPGs. I think theyre useless, I think they break up families, I think they serve no purpose other than to keep you in a fantasy world so you dont have to deal with reality. That being said, I dont think that you shouldnt be able to play if you want to if you can do it responsibly. If you can keep your gaming under control then by all means game. If you cant then stop. If you cant read your kids a bedtime story, pay attention when your spouse is talking to you about their day, go to bed on time or go to work on time, sleep enough hours or get up in the middle of the night to play then you have a serious problem. And its not just MMORPGs thats ALL gamers. If im a controlling abusive person because I like the Firestone commercial where the chick runs over the console then fine, then Im the most abusive person alive for chortling with glee over every gamer widows fantasy. I play games. All kinds. I just play when Im not doing something or someone doesnt need my attention which isnt a lot. Gamers, you can hate me all you want, I really dont care but Im really, really tired of being the bad guy for standing up and saying family experiences come before experience points.
