Illegal, Unconstitutional, Parallel and knee-jerk Policies from the PLUNDERERS PARTY (PP): These are the policies that someone just wakes up one morning and next day you find public funds are being committed on programs that were not even authorised by the Appropriations Act as stipulated in the Public Finance Management Act. This is a form of another cashgate which is indirectly funding the PPs political campaign. Any reasonable Malawian would wonder how some of these CHILDISH ideas are conceptualized and approved for public financing and yet deprive legally approved and long-term interventions and programs! This short-termism needs to be stopped and allow for thought-through policies and solid policies and interventions to take centre-stage. IMAGINE how the PLUNDERERS PARTY get more JB-Branded maize to distribute whilst ADMARC continues to struggle for maize in their depots; IMAGINE how hospitals and the entire health sector is deprived of funding (up to the extent of decomposing 143 dead bodies at the largest referral hospital, yet the president can willy-nilly fund the PPs rallies hiding behind the term DEVELOPMENT RALLIES or COW DISTRIBUTION RALLY or INSPECTION OF GOATS PARADE IMAGINE how Police houses in area 49 remain unrepaired almost a year after the whirlwind whilst the presidents Mudzi Trust continues to get huge public funding for the PP hypocritical and childish campaign of roofing the village houses... 1) Kabanza Programme: President is travelling to Salima and sees some kabanza people and decides to start a program of buying them motorcycles? REALLY? 2) Maize distribution to PP supporters, Civil Servants and bribing innocent voters to PP as a dangled carrot; 3) One cow one family programme depriving of the mainstream programmes in the Ministry of Agriculture; 4) Korea Deal which flopped because the Koreans could not be bribed. This was after some youths had already committed to it eg musician Alfazema; 5) Propaganda talkshows on the public radio and TV All these programmes are deliberately designed to perpetuate DEPENDENCE syndrome and ultimately perpetuate POVERTY!!! SAY NO TO PLUNDERERS PARTY -- SAY NO TO PP!!
