Illinois State Police are asking the publics help in finding a missing woman from Kentucky who is believed to be kidnapped. According to a press release, 45-year-old Sylvia Tipler was last seen on Oct. 8 in Ullin, Il. with her husband, Clifford Williams. Williams is currently wanted on a kidnapping warrant in Pulaski County. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information on either Tipler or Williams whereabouts, ISP is asking that you contact them immediately at (618) 542-2171.
