Im 90% certain Im leaving Whistler for good after the Island tour with Kostaman. Itll take some kind miracles to change that, but Ive been on an uphill battle for years now and Im over it. Cant work so hard at something to be eaten up by a beast of a town that is as ego centered and entitled as the 20 year olds that keep it running. Im getting too old for this shit. Came to make music and bring smiles and met a million amateur Simon Cowells on the way. You all know more than me...obviously. Vancouver will be the destination. Ill be starting a couple original bands, one reggae and one metal, and Ill be pushing The Sociables Variety Act further with a new lineup out of Vancouver. August in the city? Sounds great to me.
