Im Master Sergeant E-8 George J. Collier. I retired after more than 40 years of combined services from the US Army Reserve as a 91W5 Special Ops Medic. I presently reside in Riverbank, California with my wife of 39 years. I didnt always know that I would remain in the military after returning from Viet-Nam in 1968 but I always knew that the military would hold a special place in my life and especially since my dad was a WorldWar II Purple Heart recipient. The military is responsible for my Passport to the World. In the mid 70s when I started competing in professional tennis tournaments I discovered that serving in the Army Reserve as an IMA that I could fulfill my passion for tennis competition as well as my passion for travel and seeing the world. Its a wonderful feeling as a US Citizen to know that I am personally & partially responsible for the safety of my family and other families in this wonderful country that I feel is the greatest.
