Im SUPER excited for this Saturday night! It was about this time last year that I held my first Intro to Paleo session (it feels like a whole lot longer really) everytime we do these they grow and improve just a wee little bit (perhaps a reflection of my own journey and my service to you guys) Im so grateful for each and every one of you that attend my events, comment on the page and support my business. I love hearing back from you guys about the changes in health and happiness that take place throughout your journeys! I have met some incredible people and made some amazing friends through Jens Paleo Kitchen and now Barefoot Kitchens. You guys are truly the caramel in my paleo tart (hehe) Ive spoken to Richard and Jessie this week and they are super excited to speak with you guys about their journeys and passions in their fields, and of course I cant wait to do my thing, cook and speak for you! (and if youve been to a workshop before you know I do a LOT of both) Youll find me dancing about in my barefoot shoes, please come and say hi! Doors will open at 4.30pm to come and have a nibble on food, chat with our stall holders and meet with others. No need to print tickets, we have your name (and your number of tickets booked) at the door, we have eftpos facilities or cash of course (not much change though) TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE UNTIL 5.00PM TOMORROW NIGHT (Book online or by phoning 0474 708 023, you can pay on the night) Ill start presenting at 6.00pm and we will close the doors then. #eatcleanlivewild
