Im Shocked and disappointed that the Cosmopolitan Christmas Fair has been cancelled in the Silver Arcade City Centre due to complaints about the Rap music!!!! Cosmopolitan Carnival and Fair have been set up by Amanda Leandro and her team of hard working people at Kaleidoscope Arts to bring all cultures together in our diverse city, yet when talented young people are expressing themselves as they have the right too, it is pulled and they are threatened that if all their equipment isnt moved by a certain time they will be throwing it out on the street, I am appalled. The person who did this obviously not very with this decade or she would know that rap music and artist are more popular than any style and sell more than others these days. Not to mention all the hard work and time gone to waste, small business and livelihoods of local Leicester people at Christmas of all times....Mrs Scrooge comes to mind!!!
